Bilingualism Matters opened in Nantes, France, in March 2015 as part of the EU funded AThEME project .
Branch aims
- Promote understanding about multilingualism based on scientific evidence, including AThEME results – e.g., by organising through talks, seminars and workshops and by providing up-to-date information and advice on our website and printed materials
- Help and support families of bilingual children – e.g., by providing accurate information and by facilitating access to second language courses or opportunities to maintain their home/ regional language
